Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with procedures, ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, keeping the treatment area pristine and efficient
• Take and process dental X-rays with care and precision
• Provide patients with friendly post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene education
• Maintain accurate patient records and support smooth daily operations
• Work collaboratively with the team to create positive, stress-free visits

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent hands-on experience
• Current X-ray/Radiography certification (where applicable)
• CPR/BLS certification is a plus
• Ability to multitask compassionately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and patient-care focus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
• Sterilization and infection control best practices
• Dental software and charting skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a warm chairside manner
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
