Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, then transmit images to a Radiologist for interpretation
• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams, ensuring clinically diagnostic and technically competent images
• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation
• Scan and manage exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain vehicle and X-Ray equipment in excellent working condition

Qualifications

• Active ARRT Certification or required state licenses (Delaware and Maryland)
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
• Ability to push/pull 50-100 lbs of equipment with or without accommodation
• A passion for patient care and autonomy in a mobile setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in X-Ray imaging and EKG administration
• Experience with Digital Radiography (DR) and Computed Radiography (CR)
• Comfort operating portable X-Ray equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, facility staff, and team members
• Time management and self-direction to manage a dynamic schedule
