Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on care to patients, making a real difference in their daily lives
Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision and empathy
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Assist with daily living activities, promoting comfort and dignity
Document patient progress accurately to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Current BLS certification
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
Reliable and ready for local contract opportunities

Education

Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in medication administration and documentation
Adaptability to night shifts and weekend rotations
