Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the care team
• Provide compassionate daily care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and healthcare staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work per diem shifts, including nights
• Compassion and dedication to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing practices, medication administration, and patient care documentation
• Skilled in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
