Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents at Pine Point Center
• Administer medications and treatments while documenting care accurately
• Monitor vital signs and assess changes in patient condition, reporting concerns promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and the care team to create and adjust care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comforting environment for residents
• Uphold all facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maine (or compact state if applicable)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Ability to pass a background check and provide state/federal ID for badging
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical assessment and critical thinking
• Medication administration and accurate charting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of EHR and documentation systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and teams
