Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and families
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• No prior experience required - new graduates welcome

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of resident rights and privacy (HIPAA)
• Skilled in taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Ability to assist with transfers and use mechanical lifts safely
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
