Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and transfers to ensure safety and comfort
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Report changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing team promptly
• Support patients with meals and fluid intake as needed
• Keep patient rooms and common areas tidy and well-organized
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques
• Understanding of vital signs monitoring
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Time management and prioritization abilities
