Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and craft personalized treatment plans
Deliver compassionate therapy sessions that empower individuals to overcome challenges
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic mental health support
Document progress with precision to track meaningful outcomes
Facilitate crisis interventions and risk assessments with calm expertise
Engage clients through cognitive and behavioral techniques for lasting change

Qualifications

Active LCSW or LMFT license in good standing
Experience in mental health settings, especially with offender populations
PSYL or LPCC licensure also welcome
Strong commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
State licensure as LCSW, LMFT, PSYL, or LPCC

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis management
Skilled in charting, symptom evaluation, and risk assessment
Comfortable working in secure environments like HDSP
