Roles & Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight of the Occupational Therapy Department
Supervise certified Occupational Therapy assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians
Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
Develop and implement policies and procedures
Evaluate and treat patients

Qualifications

Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association
Current licensure in California by the Board of Medical Quality Assurance
3 years of experience in Occupational Therapy
Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) preferred

Education

Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program
