Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings and preventive care procedures to keep patients' smiles healthy.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques to help them maintain great dental health.
• Take and develop dental X-rays to assist the dentist in diagnosing conditions.
• Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the dental records system.
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide a comfortable and positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Previous experience in a dental practice preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Proficiency in taking dental radiographs
• Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records
• Dedication to patient safety and infection control
