Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and preventative care to patients
• Assist dentist during procedures and examinations
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and radiographs
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Current CPR certification
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

• Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in dental prophylaxis and scaling
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with dental software and digital radiography
