Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support to residents
Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to nursing staff promptly
Help maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices
Document care accurately and timely to support continuity and quality
Collaborate with the care team to deliver personalized patient-centered care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (PA preferred) — required
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care with dignity and respect
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and any required trainings
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of state-approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Fundamentals of patient hygiene, mobility assistance, and ADLs
Basic infection control and safe patient-handling techniques
Clear verbal and written communication with patients and team members
Basic charting and documentation practices
Compassion, patience, and strong observational skills
