Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients, supporting daily living activities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility as needed
- Monitor and record patient status including basic observations and reporting changes
- Support nursing staff by completing delegated tasks accurately and reliably
- Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification (Georgia preferred)
- Comfortable working 12.5-hour shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to follow facility policies and participate in required onboarding
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and hygiene practices
- Safe patient transfer and mobility assistance
- Vital sign collection and basic observation
- Clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
- Accurate documentation of care and observations
