Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents under the direction of nursing staff
Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Document care provided accurately and timely in resident records
Support mealtime assistance and hydrate residents as needed with dignity

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (active/valid in Pennsylvania) — required
Previous CNA experience preferred but enthusiastic new grads are welcome
Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
Basic ability to lift/move residents safely and follow safe patient handling procedures
Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Willingness to follow facility policies and participate in orientation/training

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completed CNA training program and state certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on resident care and assistance with ADLs
Basic infection control and standard precautions
Observation and reporting of changes in resident condition
Time management and the ability to work as part of a team
Basic charting/documentation skills
