Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
• Take and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Document care provided and observations accurately
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families to ensure comfort

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible per diem hours
• Prior CNA experience in hospital or long-term care settings is a plus
• Must pass background check and drug screening as required

• Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
• Strong attention to detail and empathetic bedside manner
