Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff
• Assist with meals, personal hygiene, and grooming to promote dignity and well-being
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents and staff
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing care principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with residents and team members
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
