Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with meals and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Compassionate and dedicated to providing high-quality care
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Knowledge of patient care procedures and safety protocols
• Ability to take vital signs and record patient information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
