Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily activities to residents and patients
• Take and record vital signs, and report any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and nutrition
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, following infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work overnight shifts as scheduled
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be physically able to lift and transfer patients

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care practices and safety standards
• Skill in taking accurate vital signs
• Understanding of infection control procedures
• Strong observational and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Emotional resilience and empathy
