Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, respectful care to residents in daily activities
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and document vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Keep living areas clean, safe, and inviting
• Offer emotional support and a listening ear to residents and families

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• A genuine passion for caring for others
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout your shift
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• New graduates welcome - we love helping you grow

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic resident care and safety protocols
• Skill in using vital signs monitors and medical equipment
• Understanding of infection control and HIPAA
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and other caregivers
