Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance to residents with compassion and respect
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal hygiene needs
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Document care provided and collaborate with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification is preferred
• Compassionate, reliable, and attentive to resident needs
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic nursing assistant care and safety practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and document accurately
• Skill in assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Teamwork, empathy, and a resident-centered mindset
