Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and their families
• Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety at all times
• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a flexible per diem schedule
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred, but not required

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care principles
• Skilled in taking vital signs and recording patient information
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions
• Empathetic and patient with residents
• Good teamwork and communication skills
