Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Take and document vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Help residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents and their families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents
• Communicate observations and changes in resident condition to nursing staff

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing quality care
• Ability to work evenings and per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and support residents
