Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
• Take and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and comfortable environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work various shifts, including evenings
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing quality care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Compassion, empathy, and patience when interacting with residents
