Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring patient rooms are tidy and supplies are stocked
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of California
• Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcome
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Empathy and cultural sensitivity when interacting with patients and families
