Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care to residents and patients
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support mobility and transfers to keep patients safe and comfortable
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for patients and families
• Document care provided and communicate clearly with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A passion for helping others and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to follow care plans and respond to patient needs with empathy
• Must present a valid state or federal issued identification

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and patience when working with diverse patients
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Attention to detail in documenting patient care
• Basic understanding of infection control and safety protocols
• Reliability and punctuality for every shift you commit to
