Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM or 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM or 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (8-hour shifts, rotating shifts available)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies
Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications

3 years of experience as a Surgical Tech
BLS certification required
NBSTSA certification required
Experience with sterile processing and surgical technology
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required
Post-secondary education in surgical technology or related field preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Surgical technology
Sterile processing
Operating room procedures
Medical terminology
Communication and teamwork skills
