Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Illinois (or compact eligible)
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of recent Speech Therapy experience preferred
• Ability to adapt to varied clinical settings and patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in speech and language assessment and treatment
• Proficiency in swallowing evaluations and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
