Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform dental prophylaxis and cleanings
• Assess patients' oral health and update medical histories
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
• Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Virginia dental hygiene license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Exceptional patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in dental software and digital x-ray systems
• Strong clinical skills in scaling, root planing, and periodontal therapy
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
