Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide social work services to patients
- Coordinate care with healthcare teams
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Qualifications
- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) required
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- 5150 certification in CA required
- Prior experience working in a similar setting, preferably with CA Dignity
Education
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
