Location: Tawas City, Michigan
Start Date: 06-29-2026
Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $37.00+
Benefits
- $20,000 sign on bonus, 2-year commitment
- Agency Placement Fee: 25%
- Salary Range: $37.00+ (goes up based on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' functions and develop goal-specific treatment plans
- Submit written treatment regimes and update plans of care as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
- Provide supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides
- Recommend adaptive equipment and assist in securing it for patients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Physical Therapist license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire
- Successful completion of MyMichigan Health orientation and new hire competency
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy standards and practices
- Patient assessment and treatment planning
- Communication and documentation skills
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Windows proficiency
