Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures including PCI, EP studies, device implants, and structural heart cases
• Provide expert nursing care to patients before, during, and after Cath Lab procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and hemodynamic status throughout procedures
• Assist physicians with catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placements
• Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
• Document accurate patient information and procedural records
• Respond to on-call requirements and handle emergent cases

Qualifications

• Current and active RN license in Nevada
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS and NRP certifications as applicable
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or declination
• Cath Lab experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and Cath Lab procedures
• Proficiency in patient assessment and monitoring
• Familiarity with sterile technique and infection control
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
