Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and self-care strategies

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Maine
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in Maine
• Minimum 0 years of experience (entry-level acceptable)
• COVID-19 vaccination or documented exemption
• State or federal ID for badge issuance
