Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill neonates in a 60-bed NICU
• Manage patient ratios of 2-3:1, delivering individualized care plans
• Monitor and operate Philips monitors and document in Meditech & Centricity Perinatal
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to comparable areas of high need as per unit policy
• Adhere to strict infection control and dress code policies (navy, ceil blue, grey, or white scrubs)

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
• At least 2 years of recent NICU experience required
• Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and rotating weekends/holidays

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in neonatal intensive care and advanced life support
• Proficiency with Philips monitors and electronic health records (Meditech, Centricity)
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for high-acuity patients
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
