Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as ordered
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Educate and support families during their baby's stay
• Operate specialized equipment such as ventilators and incubators

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan or compact state
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Experience with Epic, OBix, Voalte, and Hugs systems
• NICU experience preferred
• Willing to float to other units as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in neonatal resuscitation and assessment
• Proficient in electronic health records (Epic)
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable with high-stress situations
