Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to Med/Surg patients
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience
• Level 1 trauma or mid‑large hospital experience
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• Positive attitude and timely approach
• Ability to thrive in a 5‑6:1 patient ratio environment
