Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert critical care to patients in a 24-bed ICU
• Manage ventilators, vasopressors, and arterial lines
• Perform advanced procedures like central line and chest tube placements
• Monitor patient status and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Document care using EPIC system
• Float to PCU or serve as sitter as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU experience (strong 1 year considered)
• Active RN license in Utah or compact state
• ACLS certification required
• EPIC experience preferred
• Outgoing and team-player attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical care nursing skills
• Ventilator management and vasopressor administration
• Arterial line and hemodynamic monitoring
• Central line, chest tube, and bronchoscopy assistance
• Rapid Sequence Intubation experience
