Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert critical care nursing to ICU patients with complex conditions
Titrate life-saving medications including vasopressors, insulin, and sedatives
Monitor and interpret telemetry to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with intensivists and the care team for optimal patient outcomes
Float to PCU and medical floors as needed to support the broader hospital team

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
ICU nursing experience with telemetry interpretation skills
Ability to pass skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation

Knowledge & Skills

ICU nursing expertise
Drip titration proficiency
Telemetry interpretation
