Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
• Triage patients efficiently and prioritize care based on urgency
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to stabilize critical patients
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
• Emergency department or critical care experience is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced situations

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert triage and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and best practices
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and teammates
• Adaptability to handle a variety of medical emergencies
