Physical Therapist - Travel Rehab
Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts
Start Date: 08-05-2026
End Date: 11-04-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document patient services accurately and timely
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Technicians per state practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active state Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy evaluation and treatment
- Treatment planning and discharge planning
- Accurate and timely documentation
- Supervision and compliance with practice acts
- Communication and collaboration with care teams and families
