Physical Therapist - Travel
Location: Laurel, Montana
Start Date: 08-05-2026
End Date: 11-04-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs according to practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure holistic care
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
- Active Montana PT license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
- Clinical skills to deliver direct therapy and restore function
- Documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
- Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and patient communication
- Adaptability and flexibility in various settings
