Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients to determine their functional status and rehabilitation needs
• Develop individualized, outcomes-focused treatment plans that help patients restore function and mobility
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions with compassion and clinical expertise
• Document patient progress accurately and timely to support continuity of care
• Supervise and mentor PTAs and Rehab Techs in alignment with state practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize each patient's recovery journey
• Uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory standards in everything you do

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in physical therapy assessment and patient evaluation
• Knowledge of individualized treatment planning and discharge planning
• Strong documentation practices for accurate, timely records
• Ability to supervise and support PTAs and rehab technicians
• Collaborative communication with interdisciplinary teams and families
• Understanding of regulatory compliance, safety, and infection control standards
