Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them restore function and mobility
• Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's goals
• Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and compliance
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs while fostering a collaborative environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to achieve the best outcomes
• Maintain a safe, compliant environment following all regulatory and safety standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state PT license or willingness to obtain one
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
• A genuine passion for helping others improve their quality of life

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

• Patient evaluation and treatment planning
