Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, assessing and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure continuity.
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, self‑management strategies, and injury prevention.
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and equipment to enhance recovery.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and promote a positive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in PT practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
