Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately and safely
• Provide clinical consultations to healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
• Counsel patients on medication usage and potential side effects
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate medication records and inventory

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Texas required
• Prior hospital or retail pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
