Roles & Responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications and ensure patient safety
• Provide expert medication counseling to patients and healthcare providers
• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in Texas
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations
• Proficiency in medication therapy management
• Patient counseling and education skills
• Experience with pharmacy information systems
