Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist during procedures and adjustments
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take dental X-rays and intraoral scans
• Provide patient education and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain clinical supplies and inventory

Qualifications

• Must be ortho certified (Certified Orthodontic Assistant preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in orthodontic assisting

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and instruments
• Chairside assisting skills
• Sterilization and infection control protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
