Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontists with patient assessments and treatment planning
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for orthodontic procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dental assistant certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in orthodontic or dental assisting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic procedures and appliance management
• Dental software and electronic health records
• Infection control and sterilization protocols
• Patient education and counseling
• Team collaboration and workflow coordination
