Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with passion and expertise
Build a positive nursing culture while enhancing staff competency and growth
Provide bedside procedure support and moderate sedation during cases
Manage pre-procedure preparation and recovery for optimal patient outcomes
Titrate critical drips and monitor complex cardiac and respiratory patients
Float as a helping hand to support other departments when needed
Read and interpret telemetry strips while mentoring your clinical team

Qualifications

Active RN license with 3 years of nursing experience
1 year of management experience and 1 year of clinical leadership experience
ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency required
Critical care and telemetry experience strongly preferred
Fluoro license for technical staff is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Critical Care and Telemetry monitoring
Moderate Sedation administration
Drip Titration expertise
Cardiac, Vascular, EP, and IR procedures
Ventilator management and respiratory support
Building positive team culture and enhancing nursing competency
