Location: Glenwood Springs, Colorado

Start Date: 08-04-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 10-hour day shifts; no call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform mammography procedures with precision and compassion, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Collaborate with a growing breast surgery team to deliver top-notch diagnostic imaging
Utilize stereo and needle localization techniques to guide biopsies and interventions
Operate DEXA equipment for bone density scans as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to quality standards
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment at Valley View Hospital

Qualifications

You bring at least 2 years of current Mammography experience
Certified as ARRT (R)(M) – required
BLS certification through the American Heart Association, card in hand before start
Experience with stereo localization and needle localization preferred
DEXA experience is a plus!

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in mammography positioning and image evaluation
Familiarity with stereo and needle localization procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication skills with patients and staff
Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety
