Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to Bridgeville residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in PA or Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or long‑term care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and safety protocols
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
• Basic life support (BLS) certification
